About Courtney
Courtney Collins lives in a beach town on the North Shore of Massachusetts, surrounded by colored pencils, crystals, candles and her mystical betta fish Tink & apollo.
She studied art in Los Angeles, where she lived for most of her adult life, before returning home to New England. After years of working in a children's bookstore and illustration gallery, she started her own creative business in 2011. Courtney began designing crafts, installations and decor for children's events around Los Angeles which led her back to illustrating things she loves.
Today Courtney creates illustrations for television, influencers, websites, blogs and corporate events. When she isn't drawing, she is working with her candle line LIGHT + KEYS.
Courtney is passionate about her role as a Board Member and Director of Arts for the Maxlove Project, a non-profit organization helping families living with childhood cancer thrive.
